Structural Features

CF8 (304): Cast to ASTM A351 standard, offers general corrosion resistance, suitable for clean media such as water, petroleum products, food and others.
 CF8M (316): Cast to ASTM A351 standard, contains 2–3% molybdenum, provides excellent resistance to pitting and chloride corrosion, ideal for chemical and marine applications.
 CF3M (316L): Ultra-low carbon casting, resistant to intergranular corrosion, suitable for welded and highly corrosive service conditions.
 Advantages: Excellent corrosion resistance, hygienic properties and surface finish, complying with NACE and FDA requirements.
 Slim design per API 594/ANSI standards: Valve body thickness conforms to the API 594 short pattern, only 1/4 to 1/5 that of conventional flanged check valves, and over 60% lighter in weight. It is wafer-mounted between two ANSI flanges.
 Single disc design: The one-piece disc rotates around a fixed pin, featuring a large opening angle, low flow resistance, fast closing and low water hammer effect.

Applications

API 6D Long-Distance Pipelines: Used in station facilities and branch pipelines for crude oil, refined petroleum products and natural gas to prevent media backflow and water hammer.
ANSI Chemical Plants: Suitable for pump discharge and compressor discharge protection in refining and chemical facilities complying with ANSI standards.
Offshore Platform Systems: CF8M material is ideal for seawater cooling, fire fighting and utility systems on offshore platforms complying with ANSI standards.
HVAC Systems: Used in cooling water, hot water and chilled water circulation systems complying with ANSI standards.
General Industrial Applications: Applied for backflow protection in ANSI-standard piping systems conveying water, oil, gas, chemicals and other media.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
