Structural Features

Ultra-low Carbon Stainless Steel Construction :The valve body is cast from CF3 (304L) or CF3M (316L) with a carbon content ≤ 0.03%, eliminating the risk of intergranular corrosion and delivering excellent low-temperature impact toughness.
 Extended Bonnet Design :The bonnet neck is extended in compliance with BS 6364 or MSS SP-134 standards, ensuring the packing box temperature stays above 0℃ to prevent seal failure and difficult operation caused by low temperatures.
 Flanged Connection :RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring-Type Joint) flanges are adopted, conforming to ASME B16.5 to meet the sealing requirements of low-temperature service conditions.
 Conical / Spherical Disc :The disc features conical or spherical line-contact sealing with high sealing specific pressure, enabling reliable shut-off for both gaseous and liquid media.
 Guide Rib Structure :Guide ribs are installed inside the valve body to ensure stable lifting of the disc at low temperatures and prevent seizure.

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG): Used in the loading and unloading systems of LNG receiving terminals, liquefaction plants, storage tanks and tankers to achieve reliable shut-off and flow regulation of media.
Air Separation Units: Suitable for cryogenic liquid conveying systems of oxygen and nitrogen production equipment to ensure safe isolation of high-purity media.
Cryogenic Storage & Transportation: Applied to tank trucks, tankers and pipeline conveying systems for cryogenic media such as liquid nitrogen, liquid argon and ethylene.
Electronics Industry: Suitable for high-purity cryogenic gas transportation and process control in semiconductor manufacturing.

1. Are you a trading company or factory? 
We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical...

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
