Structural Features

Premium Cast Steel Material: The valve body is made of ASTM A216/A217/A351 standard cast steels including WCB, WCC, WC6, WC9, C5, C12, LCC, CF8, CF8M, etc., featuring high strength, excellent castability, and superior resistance to high temperature and high pressure.
 Flanged End Connection: RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flanges are applied in accordance with ASME B16.5 standard, enabling convenient installation and reliable sealing, suitable for pressure classes from 150LB to 2500LB.
 Flexible Wedge Gate: Integrally cast flexible slot structure automatically compensates for thermal deformation and seat wear, ideal for steam service and applications with varying temperatures.
 Rigid Wedge Gate: One-piece wedge design with precise sealing surface angles, suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature operating conditions.
 Full Bore Flow Passage: The seat bore matches the pipeline inner diameter, providing extremely low flow resistance coefficient and pressure drop, perfect for pigging operations and high-viscosity medium transportation.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
