Construction Features

Corrosion-Resistant Cast Steel Material: The valve body is made of corrosion-resistant cast steel such as LCB, LCC, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, CN7M (Alloy 20), CD4MCu (Duplex Stainless Steel), etc. It provides excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for various corrosive media including acidic, alkaline and chloride-containing fluids.
Bolted Bonnet: The bonnet is connected to the valve body via bolted flanges, featuring a simple and reliable structure, convenient for in-line maintenance and internal inspection. This is a classic design for medium and high-pressure valves.
Double Flexible Wedge Design: The gate consists of two wedge-shaped discs with elastic elements (such as springs or spherical gaskets) in between. It can automatically compensate for angular deviations and thermal deformation of the seat sealing surfaces, ensuring reliable bi-directional sealing.
Optional Full Bore or Reduced Bore Design: Both full bore and reduced bore configurations are available. Full bore offers low flow resistance and easy pigging, while reduced bore provides better economy and lighter weight.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
