Structural Features

High-Strength 4130 Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy Steel: The valve body is forged or cast from ASTM A519 4130 (UNS G41300) chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, containing 0.28–0.33% carbon, 0.8–1.1% chromium, and 0.15–0.25% molybdenum. After quenching and tempering heat treatment, its yield strength is ≥ 517 MPa, delivering excellent high strength, toughness and fatigue resistance, complying with API 6A PSL 1–4 requirements.
 Designed in Accordance with API 6A Specifications: Designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with API Specification 6A Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment, covering PSL (Product Specification Level) 1 to 4 and PR (Performance Requirement) 1 to 2, suitable for wellhead applications ranging from standard to the most severe service conditions.
 High-Pressure Flanged Connections: Equipped with API 6A standard BX, RX or Type 6B flanged connections, with rated working pressures from 2000 psi to 20000 psi (13.8 MPa to 137.9 MPa). The metal ring gasket seal in the flange ring groove ensures zero leakage under high pressure.
 Optional Expanding Gate or Parallel Slide Gate: Two structures are available: expanding gate and parallel slide gate. The expanding gate achieves mechanical locking and bi-directional sealing; the parallel slide gate features low flow resistance and is suitable for media containing solid particles.

Applications

Onshore Oil & Gas Wellheads: Used for Christmas trees, manifolds and surface control of flowing wells, pumping units, water injection wells and gas injection wells.
 Offshore Oil Platforms: Applied in high-pressure control systems for platform wellheads, subsea wellheads (SWU) and subsea Christmas trees (XMT).
 High-Pressure Manifold Systems: Used for isolation and control of fracturing manifolds, cementing manifolds, testing manifolds, and choke & kill manifolds.
 Sour Oil & Gas Fields: Suitable for sour service environments containing H₂S and CO₂, complying with NACE requirements and resistant to sulfide stress cracking (SSC).
 High-Pressure Injection & Production Systems: Used for high-pressure injection and production control in natural gas underground storage, CO₂ flooding and EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) projects.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
