Structural Features

Stainless Steel Construction: The valve body and bonnet are cast from SCS13 (SS304/CF8) or SCS14 (SS316/CF8M) stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and hygienic performance. It is suitable for corrosive environments such as weak acids, weak alkalis, seawater and food media.
Dual Pressure Rating Coverage: The same series design covers both JIS 10K (1.0MPa) and JIS 20K (2.0MPa) pressure ratings, meeting pressure requirements of different working conditions and reducing spare part varieties.
Flexible Wedge Structure: An elastic groove is designed in the middle of the integral stainless steel wedge, achieving self-sealing under medium pressure. It automatically compensates for temperature changes and slight wear on sealing surfaces, ensuring long-term reliable sealing and avoiding thermal seizure.
Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) Design: The valve stem threads are located outside the bonnet, providing clear visual indication of open/closed status and facilitating lubrication and maintenance. It complies with industrial valve safety operation standards and is suitable for outdoor and critical service conditions.
JIS Standard Flanged Connection: JIS B2220 10K/20K standard flanges are adopted, with FF flat face or RF raised face sealing surfaces. Reliable sealing is achieved with JIS standard gaskets, ensuring easy installation.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
